Refund policy
You can return your journal within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This policy matches Articles 8 and 9 of our terms and conditions.
How to return an order
- Email betweentides@byshauni.com within 14 days after you received your order, with your order number and a short note that you want to return it. You do not need to give a reason. You will receive the return address.
- We refund you once the journal has arrived, please keep the confirmation
Condition of the journal
Please return the journal unused and in saleable condition, in sturdy packaging. You may look through it to decide whether you want to keep it. Please do not write in the journal before you have decided to keep it. A journal that has been written in or is no longer in saleable condition cannot be resold, so we deduct its loss of value from your refund. This can be up to the full purchase price.
Costs
- Return shipping: the cost of sending the journal back is for the customer.
- Refund: If you refund the full order, we refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs of your original delivery within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. Extra costs for a more expensive shipping method than our standard method are not refunded. If you refund a partial order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Refund method: we refund via the payment method you used for your order, unless you agree to another method.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your journal arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, email betweentides@byshauni.com with your order number and, preferably, a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and you do not pay for the return shipping in that case.]
