Shipping policy
Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 3-4 business days after you place your order. Shipping costs depend on the number of journals in your order, and orders of 3 or more journals ship for free.

- Delivery time: 3-4 business days from the day you place your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Netherlands. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
- Letterbox parcels: a single journal fits through the letterbox and is delivered without a signature. It counts as delivered once it has been placed in the letterbox.
- Parcels: orders of 2 or more journals are sent as a regular parcel. If nobody is home, the carrier follows its usual process, for example a delivery to a neighbour or a pick-up point.
- Free shipping: applies automatically at checkout when your order contains 3 or more journals.
- Address: please check that your delivery address is correct and complete. Extra costs caused by a mistake in the address are for the customer's account.
Damaged, delayed or missing orders
If your order is damaged, has not arrived within the delivery time, or is missing, email betweentides@byshauni.com with your order number, preferably with a photo of any damage. We will make it right as set out in our terms and conditions.
